Cashew Chicken Super delicious stew with organic chicken, roasted cashews, ginger, onions, celery and garlic.
Creamy Roasted Zucchini Roasted Zucchinis, butter, flour, milk, cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Super delicious puree which goes great with the meat dishes.
Eggplant and Yogurt Salad A puree of slow roasted eggplant swirled with a light olive oil dressing and then creamed with yogurt, garlic and dill. Yum!
Roasted Vegetables Roasted root vegetables, peppers and eggplant with a special tomato and garlic sauce. Add yogurt on top for a flavor kick!
Seafood Chowder Plump chunks of salmon and shrimp, heaps of veggies and a delicate blend of herbs and spices all simmered in a creamy potato base. Packed with satisfaction (and omega­3's).

  • During the COVID-19 outbreak we are following every step suggested by Health Canada  and Toronto City procedures. All meal containers, prep surfaces, equipment and ingredients are being processed through a UVC LIGHT SANITATION protocol.
