|Eggplant and Yogurt Salad||A puree of slow roasted eggplant swirled with a light olive oil dressing and then creamed with yogurt, garlic and dill. Yum!|
|Roasted Vegetables||Roasted root vegetables, peppers and eggplant with a special tomato and garlic sauce. Add yogurt on top for a flavor kick!|
|Seafood Chowder||Plump chunks of salmon and shrimp, heaps of veggies and a delicate blend of herbs and spices all simmered in a creamy potato base. Packed with satisfaction (and omega3's).|
