INGREDIENTS: Quino, flaxseed, shallot, garlic cloves, wild mushrooms, lemon, mustard breadcrumbs, pear, arugula, olive oil, vegetable oil, salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS: Thaw in fridge for 24 hrs. Place in the oven at 350F. Warm-up until 165F Internal temperature or 8-12min.
Tip: Add a thin slice of cheese on top or serve as a VEGAN side dish.
