INGREDIENTS: Speacial Mix of Ground Beef and Lamb, Onion, Egg, Garlic, Seasoning. NO BREAD - KETO FRIENDLY RECIPE
DIRECTIONS: Thaw in fridge for 24 hrs. Place in the oven at 350F. Cook until 165F Internal temperature or 10-15min. BBQ METHOD: BBQ on medium heat each side 2-3 min. PAN METHOD: Use high heat to pre heat the pan. Use oil to avoid sticking. Cook each side 2-3 min.
Tip: Serve with rice pilaf and fries. Also goes well with Eggplant or Spinach Bechamel.
